Abstract
The cosmic sanggido (vital force energy: ßæѨԳ) therapy is the therapy to induce the healing and recovering of sick part and the re-normalization of skin and muscle by using the cosmic sanggido. If the sacromeres are generated and shrinked to cause the pain trigger point (TrP), it should be treated. This therapy has the purpose to bring out the fast healing effect and to recover the normal functions of skin and muscle. The healing by the exchange of cosmic sanggi (vital force: ßæѨ) energy is the sanggido therapy, and it can be operated through ¡°the simsu (ãýâ¢: mind- hand) healer¡±. ¡°The mind-hand healer¡± is the therapist who has received the sanggi energy from the author to get the healing power. When receiving the energy from the secondary ¡°mind-hand healer¡±, anyone can be ¡°the expert of simsu therapy¡±. As the cosmic sanggi energy is the energy transmitted from the Cosmic Mind to ¡°the mind-hand healer¡±, the therapist should always have confidence at the healing. The steps of healing is as follows: First, apply the heat to the body with the blackstone heater to relax the muscles and the trigger points. When the metabolism starts in the whole or partial body, the sanggi energy is injected with ¡°the sanggi yakson (healing hand)¡± to recover the damaged TrP and its vicinity. It is the main method. According to the patient¡¯s condition, pressing, tapping massage, vibrating or stretching may be used to relax the hardened muscles and TrPs and recover the normal state of body and skin. In this study, the items were explained that the therapist should learn before the treatment such as the tips of touching diagnosis for the treated or aching parts, the healing method, the healing posture, the stretching method and the finishing of treatment. This sanggido therapy is a simple and effective method that can treat the patients with ¡°the sanggi yakson¡± anytime and anywhere regardless of time and space. The author hopes many people to use this therapy for the self treatment and good health.
